Native American Turquoise & Shell Multi-Strand

This four strand turquoise nugget and melon shell is Santo Domingo Pueblo Indian made. It is a traditional Santo Domingo design, combining both stone and shell, and there is quite a bit of sky-blue turquoise on this one. It is strung on traditional braided waxed linen, which is loosely knotted in order to let the wearer adjust to the desired length. A very generous hang, and a very pretty necklace.

length: 26" (which can be knotted allowing up to a 32 inch length)
